Data collected

Name, email, phone, project location, nature of the project, area, budget, timeframe, your message and the documents you choose to attach (plans, photographs, surveys, co-ownership or planning documents).

Purpose

To answer your request, understand your project and define the right brief with you. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention period

Twenty-four months after the last exchange, then deletion, unless a commission is undertaken: the data then joins the project file.

Recipients

The data is neither sold nor passed on. It is accessible to the agency only. The site is hosted by DigitalOcean within the European Union.

Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, request its deletion or object to its processing by writing to contact@atelieradastra.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Sessions

A technical session cookie, strictly necessary for the form to work, is set for the duration of your visit. It is not used for any tracking.
